Job type | Test knit |
Description | Taikatalvi is knit from the bottom up, in the round, with a three-needle bind-off at the shoulders. The sleeves are worked from the cuff up and grafted to the body at the end. There are three colorwork sections: one on the body directly above the hem, and one on each sleeve. The sleeves are also slightly cropped, but modifications to make a full-length sleeve are given. The neckline is picked up at the end and has optional shaping with smaller needle sizes. Two options for the fit of the sweater are shown, one with the original 4-6” / 10-15 cm positive ease and one with 0-2” / 0-5 cm positive ease. |
