Summer June

Job type Test knit
Description

I've been working on a new summer top design, a basic version of the summer Jo with front and back similar : it will be the summer June. This top is worked top down, in the round, in 1x2 rib stitch and you can choose to add a lower ruffle and some ruffles along the armhole but you can also keep it very basic as you can see on the actual pictures.

The top is worked top down, in 1 x 2 ribs. You begin with a provisional cast-on for each stripe, then knit the half front and half back from each side separately. You finally join all the different part to knit the body in the round, finishing with a garter stitch border or adding a lower ruffle. You can also add ruffles around the armholes.
