this item uses folded hems and plackets, which will be explained in great detail as called for in the pattern, as this may be a new technique, you may need to read carefully, but the technique will not be difficult to actually perform, just unfamiliar

The measurements are the actual finished garment chest circumference and not your measurements, please choose the amount of ease you prefer. 2-4 inches is suggested.

sizes 1-4 is 30, 32, 34, 36 inches

sizes 5-8 is 38, 40, 42, 44 inches

sizes 9-12 is 46, 48, 50, 52 inches

sizes 13-16 is 54, 56, 58, 60 inches

You will need to be able to:

perform picked up stitches and keep track of rows and right/wrong sides as well as be able to knit 2 and 3 stitches together

work intarsia method of color changes and work with at least 3 balls of color at a time, but not in fair isle style

distinguish between knit and purl stitches by looking at them

track consecutive instructions 

12 stitch markers or waste yarn, 9-10 buttons (3/4 inch), 2 stitch holders or waste yarn

I need the pattern worked exactly as written. If you're feeling a bit lost on a technique, don't be shy - just ask! I'll either explain it or decide if it needs a rewrite. And if you spot any errors or typos, give me a shout ASAP so I can spread the word to the rest of the gang.

Feel free to get creative with any options already included in the pattern, and unless I say otherwise, go wild with your yarn choices. But please, no design alterations without my stamp of approval.

Save your thoughts and suggestions on rewrites for the final feedback - I'll have a grand ol' time reading them then. And don't forget, I'll need at least one snazzy modeled photo that's up close, clear, and bathed in good lighting. Oh, and I'll need your permission to use it for listing and pattern promotion.
